In many cases, orthognathic surgery is all that is needed to perfect the bite. However, some patients will also require appliance therapy for a short period after their surgery is complete. We offer aesthetic options that will make you feel excited about showing off your smile even while in active treatment.
Invisalign
Our preference is Invisalign, a system of clear aligners that are comfortable, removable, and above all, essentially invisible when worn. Because you make the adjustments yourself by switching out aligners every 1-2 weeks, you don’t need to remain in NYC for the duration of your appliance therapy. This is a convenient form of treatment that delivers excellent results.
